I should know in Jan if I'm werkin at NAS Jax or goin to San Diego. Jax is preferred for obvious reasons.... if I go to San Diego I'll be coming home every 3 weeks. Who's gonna mow my lawn every weekend?

I read in one of the fishing mags, perhaps Saltwater Sportsman, that bonefish were discovered and attributed to some hurricane. I think they jig 'em in deep water though.

I've heard that corbina fishing in the waves is a gas and quite a challenge. I guess there are many ways to catch them, but apparently you can sight fish them surfing in for sand fleas or something or some such food. Make a good quick shot before the water rushes out.

We do have bonefish, the beans are a blast in the surf! But even when the beans dont want to play. the surf perch on light tackle are fun as well.

How far is Mexico Beach from St. George Island? I think we are doing another trip up there in June.
