That pic was from one of those days when the guide says, "tarpon are everywhere, what do you want to do?", I said something different. I took that pic of my guide tossing to a school of lost fish. And before that I stood in waist deep water casting at hundred pound plus fish and had an eat then a spit. I landed a permit on foot two hours later, after that I gave him the rod to chase a daisy chain in wadable water. I pushed the boat close to him just incase of an eat. I've said this in the past on other boards, you give the guide a chance to be original and he will show the angler something he's never seen!
