Just saw this and I thought I would join. I live down in Miami and fish Biscayne Bay, Flamingo and the Keys. I am lucky enough to have a 2001 HB 17.8 and hull #1 or 2 HB Glades skiff which I share ownership in both with 2 of my friends. Its not easy but its working very well for us. THis seems to be a great place to get all the info you need about theses skiffs. I hope everyone has a great 4th. Here a couple recent pics from the last few weeks. Its been pretty good down here lately. Bonefishing has been great.

We also started duck hunting out of the boat. Thought about a mud motor but we have been talked out of it.

Kind of a Hell's Bay co-op you've got going. Cool.

Welcome. By invasion, there's talk of a bunch of us coming down there for a weekend this month or next, maybe staying in motel in Fl. City. I hope to one of 'em.
