Cool pics with the chickees. During our 2 trips down to Flamingo last winter, we only camped at the campground. This winter I'll hopefully give the chickee deal a try. Sorry for the derail...

New member here. I am a little ashamed for viewing this site for so long without participating. Anyhow, I have enjoyed reading all of the posts. I have a 16 Whipray myself. I have rebuilt a 4 merc that has continued to give me problems. There really are not many options out there. I have considered them all. Just wondering if anyone has the new 30 mer 4 stroke? It seems to be lighter than other engines. I do not need too much speed, but I do not want to be too sluggish out of the hole and want a reasonable cruise. Thanks.
