Beginning of the end for HB?

I hear the powers that be at HB have let Stan Nash go. We all know Stan was the floor/production manager there at Hell Bay for a few years and the first employee hired close to a dozen years ago. He had a big hand in the development of the Boca Grande. Could that be the reason he was let go? With sales in the toilet he might be the first of many to see the pavement. It's too bad that weak boat sales force good people to look for new work in a tough market. Good luck Stan.

One thing is for sure. IMO Stan was a heck of a nice guy. Called to speak with him the other day and was told he no longer worked with em.

Oh well .......guess I'll have to figure it out myself. I assumed it was old news by the way the lady acted.

Its a shame when good employees no longer work for a company they have worked with for years.

The economy is in the toilet right now, huge companys are making cutbacks as well.

I wonder if it is better to let some go for the good of others, versus keeping everyone until they cannot be paid and start selling items like tibor pole holders and casting platforms out of the back of the shop like with the previous owner?
