Nevermind, there is a jackplate looking switch on top of the throttle.

Thanks for the compliments everybody... I had it on the water on Sunday late in the day. It sits nicely in the water and the added weight is not a draft factor. I drove it up to JB's for the first 'goon run then later I fished it near honk kong. Couple of fish but nothing worth posting pics over... It was just relaxing to be on the water. I saw some questions about the trim controls... The buttons and rocker switches on the throttle helm are only temporary. The buttons for the jackplate are only there because I needed something to cover the old wire holes. The rocker switch still works on the actual throttle lever for motor tilt but i primarily use the left stick switch for tilt. The right stick is for jack plate. This is all temporary because when I have the money I'm going to mount a morse two lever control (one shift/ one throttle). I'll also be adding seadek, and the trailer will need to be fixed and cleaned up. I'll keep updating the post with pics as all this happens. She is still a work in progress

The drive is awesome it is nice to see up over everything. And the tower hasn't made the boat tippy either, still feels the same.

New throttle.

Just mounted the new throttle/shift control. What a pain in the ***. I would like to thank dremel tools and Jim Beam for their assistance, and patience, in this nightmare.
