Which jackplate on my 01 Waterman?

The time has come to get a jackplate installed on my Waterman. It's the 18' w/60 Yami 4S. The motor sits recessed in it's cuddy like many HB's, so I need to know what jackplate will fit, which is lightest, best design,etc..
Cost is always considered, but the best is what i am after. I know many of you have had plates installed since the majority of older boats like mine did not come with one.
Also has anyone heard of transom cracks or issues with the plates installed? Do the all in one units work with our boats?

I've got a 2001 17.8 Whipray with a 60hp Yamaha 4S. Came from the factory with a Bob's Machine Shop "Flats Jack". Fits perfect between the sponsons and works like a charm. Not sure if they still call it by the same name but Bob's would know whaich one fits best.

Atlas makes a real nice jack plate too and it's smaller and lighter...think HB uses these now.

I have a Microjacker from Atlas on my waterman and I love it. The boat really comes alive with the jackplate. If you are looking for a prop that works well with the jackplate and your f60 I have 2 Powertech SCB4 12pitch props for sale. One is brand new with only a few hours of use, the other has some wear but still works fine. I no longer need these props as I've changed out the f60 for a 70 2 stroke yammy. If you're interested give me a call, 7864234560, Ramiro
