World Record Sea Trout

I just saw this on another forum, IGFA world record sea trout live baiting for tarpon off sebastian inlet.

Said they were using a live jack crevalle for bait. It looks bigger way bigger then 21 pounds. I bet cause they got there arms stretched out.

Does not look like Sebastian inlet from the back ground, possibly a carvina from Pacific .
