Pathfinder 17t's

I primarily fish south la poling and fly fishing. Curious how these boats are to pole. The price you can pick up a used one for is attractive, but i am not sure what the poling attributes are into, cross, downwind? Thank you for responses ahead of time.

I owned one for a year and a half. They don't pole as bad as a CS, but they are no Gordon, either. They can jump up and run just about shallower than any flats boat built. I loved mine and only got rid of it for a more family friendly boat. I would like to buy an old beat up one and completely re-do it one day.

Very good boat for the money hated to sell mine , poling was not so good . I would recomend a shorter tower , when poling i thought the boat had a ton of hull slap . other than than an excellent boat for its intended purpose . I had the side console with a 40 Yammy , boat ran 25 with 2 people loaded down , but that thing would run so shallow it was scarry
