| flush mount troller mounts
That's confusing. Who makes the female threaded anchors for mounting a trolling motor. I've already got a quick release mount but would like to do away with it and get the female anchors. How does it work . I've seen it on a couple ecc's and hb's.

I have not seen the female anchors you are talking about. I have seen boats with a 1/4" stainless plate that was built into the laminate. Then it is drilled, tapped, and countersunk, so when you remove the motor, you can put the screws in flush.

You could use the same flush mount system that is used for casting platforms. Just use 4 of them. That way you don't have to worry about salt water getting down through them and in between the hull and floor. Just a thought.
