Nice work guys. Was the fishing tough?

Next time you're down in my neck of the woods, give me a holler and we'll fish Flamingo. 3 old school whips could do a bit of damage...

My cooler is pink.

That's my spinner...I am a disgrace. It was only cast twice.

It was my first time fishing the upper keys and I put over 100 miles on my Whip in 1 full day of fishing and 2 half days. The fishing for us was pretty tough. The conditions were excellent Sat. morning, the rest of the trip they were average.

I think Volfish and Bill had some good opportunities and probably saw more fish. Bill and Tanner both got their first bonefish on fly and I've got some nice tracks laid on the gps for the next visit, so the trip was a success to me.

We fished:

Airport flats in Key Largo
Rodriquez Key
Snake Creek flats
Shell Key
Bottle Key bank
Crab Keys

Congrats again Tanner. 5lb fish caught around Shell Key:

P.S. The only permit we saw all weekend was while we were sitting at the Lorelei cooling off. It came cruising by our table....
