This one is driving us crazy.

Found: Banana River, Florida

Habitat: Stuck to small decaying branch

It's fins make a section cup on the bottom of his chest.

I caught something that looked like that a many years back in the ICW in Boca Raton. It weighed about three pounds and looked like a giant tadpole. No photo of it, night fishing and pre digital camera for me. Id like to know what that is as well.
