Weird fish in central Oregon pond

Strange fish. About 4 inches long, no scales, spines, teeth, or whiskers... Has a smaller fin on top front with a larger one behind it, and one big fin on the bottom side. Big round tail. Sorry for the low quality pics. I caught it in a pond in the Willamette Basin area of Oregon. Thanks!
