Hey guys,

Been M.I.A. since my daughter Emerson was born. We had a pretty rough start and she was in the NICU for 39 days, but she is finally home! We learned just minutes after she was born that she has Down Syndrome and some heart defects that will require surgery in a few months. My wife and I consider ourselves truly blessed to have such a special gift in our lives. I have her Barbie pole and tackle box all ready to go!

My wife started a blog so our friends could check in and see how she is doing. If you want to check it out, I'll post the link below.

Dang, I never knew there were issues with the little one Travis. Glad to hear she is doing well. Ditto what Ramon said, tis true!

Thanks guys. We are pretty lucky to have great friends and family surrounding us. Hope to see you all on the water soon. The tanker needs to be ran.

I am so glad to hear that the whole family is home now.
Lil' Emerson will remain in my prayers. Being a special needs baby myself,...(well maybe bad example

), but nevertheless, great things can come from this.
