Did you have to send anything else with them Mike? Mine are next to destroyed but like others I cant be without them for more than a couple days, using cheap glasses that long will stink bad enough

It sure would be nice to get a new pair though!

Thanks Mike!

The frame on mine is cracked near the right ear piece joint, makes them fall off my face when I bend over or get hot and sweaty poling.

Wonder if they will cover that?

I have a pair of Costa ex frames that the rubber sleeve melted off the ear peice. I used a peice of heat shrink over it and it is better than new. I'll let you know how long it lasts. Love the glasses.

Everyone should check their 580's. My dad just bought a pair and found out that it didn't have matching lenses. The only way he knew was looking at his cell phone. One made the screen darker, and the other didn't. My 580's match so we sent his back to get fixed.

Straight up Costa Del Mar Hammerheads, gray plastic lens, black frame. I've found these lenses work the best with my eyes for some reason and the hammerheads have a nice thick sides to block out the light. If they break I have some back-up triple tails and send them back in.
